confetti & co. is a boutique event planning and design + interior styling firm located in Philadelphia, PA. While we call Philly home, we are absolutely available for travel worldwide. We are a passionate team of professionals with a unique knack for both precise logistical coordination, but also the creativity behind eye catching styling and design. With a mission to make each event or space unique and reflective of our clients, we love getting to know you, what makes you excited to wake up in the morning and what your interesting quirks are. With over 12 years of experience in the styling and events industry, Sara has tried on many shoes within the field. From working with florists, reality TV wedding personalities, prop styling, baking at a cupcake bakery and even settling in at whimsical wedding giant BHLDN, Anthropologie’s wedding brand, as their go-to decorations stylist – she’s seen it all! After exploring multiple facets, Sara just knew that starting confetti & co. as a home for her love of weddings, events and interiors was the only perfect fit. confetti & co. has been running for a decade and she's never turning back!
Sara has major obsession with cake, is a hardcore fan of smooshy faced dogs (especially her own, Millie) and above all is so intensely in love with her kiddo, Brady, the sparkling heart behind this business. It's this appreciation for loved ones and making memories that has her so deeply tied to helping clients curate thoughtfully designed and executed events and comfortable yet beautiful spaces to enjoy in and enrich those special moments.

Our resident organization maven, Belle’s eye for detail and inherent drive creates a seamless experience for our clients. With a degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications from the FIT, Belle brings a breath of expertise in both style and social media. Believe it or not, she somehow finds time to work toward her Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications. When she finally closes her laptop for the day, Belle and her partner love testing new recipes, sometimes sneaking her dog, Annie, samples along the way.

Our favorite floral expert, Nicole splits her time between arranging flowers for her brand, Simply Cole, and with the confetti & co. team on the weekends. With over half a decade freelancing at Anthropologie in events and display, we’re lucky Nicole grants us the gift of her extensive industry experience. When she’s not carting buckets of blooms, Nicole and her partner love to travel across the pond, to his native Dublin. At the end of an event, no one clocks in with more steps than Gina (trust us, we’ve tried!). Known for her cloud of positivity and passionate pep talks, Gina will become a friendly face at your event, often shadowing our clients to meet their every need. Gina has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry, translating into precise timeline management for the confetti & co. team. Spending her weekends exploring trails with her rescue pup, Meeka, Gina is always looking for National Park travel tips!

Enneagram Type 2 and Virgo queen, Riley, is the perfect addition to this team and your event. Her passion for loving people well and an adoration for detail allow her to produce quality work alongside creating a supportive environment for clients. With her degrees in Psychology + Communications and her 8+ years of planning and leadership experience, she is serving us empathy and killer organization. If she’s not at her desk working her HR 9-5, she is: volunteering at CHOP, camping, sweatin it up at hot yoga, or obsessing over home decor. Riley can’t wait to assist in making your event as close to perfect as it can get!

Sarah comes to confetti with 5 years of experience in tech as a systems and software engineer! This means she's fully ready to engineer any task confetti may bring and really dive into her inherent creativity! If you do not see Sarah at your wedding, her free weekends are spent traveling to see friends and family, or on a lucky chill weekend watching The Kardashians with fiancé, Malcolm and her kitty, named after the greatest, Princess Diana.
